Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Amendments
Effective March 1, 2023, the ANSYS, Inc. Board of Directors approved an amended and restated Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code of Conduct”). The Code of Conduct contains new provisions regarding marketing and sales practices and updates sections pertaining to various topics addressed in the prior version such as public sector transactions, human rights, community support, and DEI&B. The Code of Conduct has an enhanced layout as well as other non-substantive changes. The Code of Conduct applies to all directors, officers, and employees of Ansys and its subsidiaries subject to approval by local works councils.
